Despite it peeing down with rain outside it is very warm and muggy here weather wise, think we may be in for a thunder storm.
Well meeting new head went well all things considered. Got the yeargroup I wanted, the teacher I didn't want, but it is only a year to it won't hurt me, but she seems to be quite keen on professional development so have given her a list of courses that I want to go on including a Learning Mentors course. All duly noted in her book. As she called me into the office by my first name I had to ask her how she knew that it was me. Her reply "on my notes against your name is has an infectious laugh, is often giggling and often hums away to herself, so far today I have seen you do all three so it could only be you!" Well it could be worse I could be miserable couldn't I, but that is not my way at all. Anyway I love my job.
