Done something to my calf muscle - diagnosis at hospital is that it is ruptured and I have been told to rest it and take things easy. Cannot walk on it at all and it hurts like mad!! Two lots of tablets to take every three hours as well, one lot makes me feel very spaced out and I have to go back to the doctor tomorrow to hopefully get signed off work. How did I do it? no idea as I was walking down the street when the pain hit!
