Yesterday, I retired to bed early as I was in pain with my back (again!)

Said goodnight to hubby, said goodnight to son who was playing on his PS2 in his room.

Got ready for bed, climbed in under the duvet and after ten minutes realised that I wasn't going to get comfortable, I was in too much pain.

So then decided I needed my hot wheat wrap. This it the fabric type with wheat inside that you heat up in the microwave.

So I spend 10 mins, searching for it (youngest used it last time), then crept downstairs in nightie to put it in microwave.

Son is now sitting downstairs with his father as I padded across living room floor to the kitchen I hear son shout

"Mother put some clothes on for Christ's sake!"

Ooop forgot nightie is quite short and thin

Well we got there safe and sound despite the torrential rain and a motorway full of total idiots - if the sign says 40, it says 40 for a reason so why do some idiots decide you are going too slow, overtake and speed off down the road tooting anyone who gets in their way? Oh and the driver who is coming onto the motorway, torrential rain, lorries making things worse splashing on the road, so the idiot goes straight onto the fast lane nearly causing a pile up in the process.

But as I said we got there safely. Nigel did the test job he needed to do, got paid, gave me what he promised me and off to Bluewater we set.

First time ever I have been there and Wow it is big.

After taking three hours to walk round the top and bottom decided far too big for me. Lots of designer shops selling total rubbish in the sales, even my favourite shops were bad at what they were selling. Normally I don't do sales, this was a one off. Very nice place and easy to get in and out off though.

Lovely dinner in TGI Fridays, Just checked points values for what I had and am in points

So Three hours walking round in and out of shops and what did I get.

No shoes

No handbag

No Red dress

No black dress

No boots

No stockings

All of which I had on my list that I would look out for.

didn't find any of them.

Did buy some underwear though. Hubby commented "What more, there is no room in your underwear drawer for any more"

But a girl can never have enough underwear in my opinion. After all we need all sorts to go under those outfits we have in our wardrobe
