It has been a lovely day. The sun has shone and it was quite warm outside.
As I get ready for my Pilates class, I hear the pitter patter of raindrops on the conservatory roof. Great time to get wet while waiting for friend to pick me up lol

Well hair has been trimmed, shopping has been done, weekly torture (aka weigh in) has been done.
Now all I have to do is find space to put all the food I have bought - AAGGHHHH!!!
I hate food shopping. Old ladies with shopping trollies that they cannot control, stop in the middle of the shop and stare into space vacantly. Once in a while as they pass you the manage to catch your ankles with their trollies as well. Then they turn allt he fruit and veg over trying to find the correct size carrot they want, the bag that has exactly 5 apples in it, the meat that is the correct size for sunday dinner, monday's lunch, tuesdays sandwiches and Wednesdays tea!
There was one lady who decided she just needed that broom for £1.95 because it was a bargain. She had one of them small trollies, you know the ones that you take when you don't want to buy much but too much for a basket. It balanced precariously on top of her shopping and she struggled to push the trolley round the shop while holding the broom with her other hand and muttering. People were trying to get out of her way for fear of being hit by the broom handle, something that is increasingly difficult to do as the shelf fillers decide to leave those huge crates full of goodies in the middle of the aisle while they fill the shelves - or as was happening today, discuss their sex life, what they are going to do this weekend, with their colleague, ignoring the shoppers that are struggling to get past.
Then you need to negotiate the car park. The people that walk to their car at a snails pace and take up all the room so you cannot get past. The woman who drives her car up the aisle the wrong way because she has to have that parking space that is nearer the shop so she doesn't have to walk too far.
Honestly if I had local shops where I could get all that I wanted nearby I would frequent them. Alas the big supermarket arrives and does them out of business so I am stuck.
Now all I have to do is find room in my cupboards for everything that I got, hoping that it will last a good couple of weeks before I have to go again

Sitting here, catching up on posts I am hit with smell of Lynx.
No one is downstairs yet, but know eldest son has emerged from the bathroom.
So if he is upstairs why can I smell lynx?
Possible answers:
1) he might not have showered so he has smothered himself in the stuff
in the hope to disguise the fact from me that he smells
2) He has showered and has smothered himself in the stuff to attract one of the many girls who flashes her eyelashes at him.
My money is on number one personally

The day has dawned bright, hint of sun in the sky, and the mornings are getting lighter - a sign that spring is around the corner and all is right with the world.............Just!
Yesterday couldn't comment or post, took ages for the pages to load so sat and vegetated in front of the telly, catching up on ER which was nice. Bonus of no longer having sky one, I don't miss ER so that Nig can watch Bones lol!
Sat and watched Orlando Bloom on Graham Norton afterwards, very funny and mmmm OB is just gorgeous!
This morning, no work, though i have to wi, see the doctor and get hair cut. Can't believe we are in March already where have the days gone, it doesn't feel so long since we were all planning for Christmas!
Right better go and see if the children have emerged from their beds and getting ready for school - hm better go and put some clothes on myself, the streets are not ready to see me in my night attire!
Have a good day
