It was a simple idea.
Put up a gazebo.
Nothing fancy, just a cheap aluminium pole one with a plastic cover, £19.99 from Homebase, a bargain.
Son has put it up for me and it covers the patio nicely.
Problem, can't get out of the kitchen door, gazebo in the way!
Right so now have to think of a way of raising the gazebo so that we can have a functional kitchen door once more!

Pro Well at the moment hubby is trying to drill it to the brickwork (don't ask) lol!!
2 gazebo 'legs' instead of 4???
and the 2 that are kept are on top of 2 bricks??? lol

He has drilled it to the wall of the house on one side and tied the other side down to concrete posts lol

Does it have walls all round then? Could you cut a door hole to line up with the kitchen door?

Pro No it doesn't. Problem is it is lower thant he kitchen door
Or you could swap the kitchen door for a stable door and crawl in and out through the bottom bit

I had one of those, it's //ace// unless there are strong winds.
Normal winds - ok
strong winds - things can rip a bit
take it down if it gets bad (wish I had)
It's a **mega** bargain though
