Please forgive me for not replying to posts etc, twisted my back at work yesterday (my fault) and came home in a lot of pain and spent the evening laying on my back (much to amusement of husband though he couldn't take advantage of situation )

Tablets are kicking in and pain a lot easier, and I can move a bit more, but can't sit or stand for long periods so visit here will be fleeting.
