Yes we have another hoglet, this time called Prickles, as he is incredibly prickly and very, very feisty! Like Harriet, he is very underweight and unless he can put on at least 320g before the end of october, he will not be able to get through Winter, so we are trying our best to feed him up. He was found in the same place as Harriet and we now know that the babies were deserted by the mother as the nest was disturbed - evidence of this is that one of the babies has been killed which is probably why the remaining babies have been ending up in our pond! The only thing on him has been fleas, now killed, so not had to do the maggot defesting which I hated Thanks to Angela for all her help when we found him. So we have had Prickles since Thursday Evening and he is doing well. He has calmed down now and isn't so stressed as he was on Thursday and so he has got back into the habit of sleeping during the day and walking around at night which is good, and is getting used to us handling him to check him over periodically as well. We have put him on the grass occasionally when cleaning out the cage he is in, just so that he gets used to walking around outside as well. Hoping that this one makes it, will be devastated if we lose another one In other news, internet connection has been down, hence not being able to get online. Been busy at work as well with too much to do in one day Rugby: Well England were dreadful yesterday, think they must have been watching the cricket and feeling very down. They really seemed as though the didn't have a clue what to do with the ball let alone the opposition! The South Africans must have been wondering who the hell they were playing. Enjoyed the All blacks earlier, playing Portugal who played a hell of a lot better than England did yesterday, now watching Wales, who may wake up soon hopefully! Right see you all later
