Yes it is the first of December, the Christmas month has arrived and having one very hyper child who is getting himself worked up already is not a lot of fun!!
mind you I must admit I am a lot calmer about it than I have been in previous years though i will say the usual rule stands:
The tree does not go up until this house is spotless!
that said I hope to eeek this out until the 14th at least before the decorations go up
Cruel I know but I really don't care!!
So today hubby bought me breakfast in Debenhams. He very nearly bought me a little black dress but I didn't like it when I tried it on so he is thinking about a corset instead, though last time he got me something like that I never wore it so hardly likely to break a habit of a lifetime am I lol!!
Reading various posts about yesterdays meet has me feeling a little bit of "wish I had been there, sounds like fun". Hopefully next one I can get to I will try my hardest to be there, that is if it doesn't clash with the 101 other things that I end up doing
Was supposed to be at a swimming gala later, but that has now been cancelled as most of hte swimming team have come down with some sort of stomach virus. Son is disappointed he was looking forward to it, but I must admit it gives me more time for sewing so it is a relief
