In other news, spent the last couple of days laying on my back with my legs raised (and no not for sex) but because my back is bad again. Have managed to hobble into work, but came home and laid on floor again. Bit easier today, loaded up with tablets, painkillers, heat pad and tens machine. Have a birthday meal to go to tonight for a friend so will have to be better for that lol
