today went by quite quickly. I cannot believe that as I type this, the time on my clock is showing 17:59. It feels as though it should be earlier.

The day went well, despite my initial tiredness this morning, due to a late night. I managed to get through without falling asleep, upsetting anyone and not starting an argument with a colleague, instead just walking away and counting to 10 instead, which I am quite pleased with- can see we will need to have words at a later date!

Everything else went well, the sun shone and is still shining away.

My children have decided to make their own dinner, hubby is cooking his. We have walked the dogs and I am going to do some pilates or core work to ease a few aching muscles in my back. My healthy eating plan is going well, I decided not to eat the crisps and cake that appeared at work sticking to my pasta salad and fruit salad instead (please someone shine my halo for me lol!)

Right better let the children have their turn on here and try and do those exercises!
