Having spent most of the night awake, coughing for England, I was rather reluctant to get out of my cocoon of a bed and head towards the shower and get ready for my day. The birds outside in the garden had other ideas and their lovely singing reminded me what a beautiful day we have to face weather wise, so I did manage to drag myself out and get ready to greet the day ahead.

Hubby has just headed out of the door for work, the children are beginning to get themselves sorted for school, I have just made myself yet another potato salad to take to work, which in a few minutes is where I will head.

I love this warm weather, it always makes me feel good, perhaps that is why I did manage to escape the duvet cover this morning. In reflection I am very lucky, I have a wonderful husband, two brilliant children and feel safe and loved.

Sickening isn't it!

Right better go before I get too sickly in this post lol!
