In true bank holiday style, the weather is appalling here, torrential rain, where you get soaked through to the skin just by walking the few metres from the house to the car.

We had a nice lie in watching some animal program on BBC 1 filmed at Longleat I think, before having a leisurely shower and deciding on a full cooked breakfast -or in reality Brunch.

However we had to pup to Sainsburys for a few essentials first - bacon, bread, mushrooms, tomatoes and potato slices that are crispy and just divine when added to eggs and sausages.

Thankfully it wasn't all that fat laden, or Heart attack inducing due to being cooked on the good ole George Foreman Grill.

We have just finished our divine feast are now watching Ice Age 2 before we settle down with the kids and have a game of Risk (chronicles of Narnia) with instructions that are quite confusing and I am sure we didn't play it all that well last time. Never mind, just having looked at the reviews for it we are not alone in thinking that way, may have to make it up as we go along lol!
